Presentation for PASA-PSBA School Leadership Conference on how the Southern Lehigh School District used Google Apps and Canvas LMS to enhance and innovate within a traditional approach to comprehensive planning. The process of on-line/face-to-face collaboration among participants provided a blend of traditional and non-traditional comprehensive planning experiences to deliver on the process’s branded name of “SPARK,” igniting innovation, new approaches and a revisioning of the organization’s future work.
